Warren Weir and his fiancée Alexan Stewart are expecting their first child together.
The couple made the announcement on Christmas Eve via social media, “WeirHavingABaby,” they captioned a creative magazine cover of the two.
This will be Weir’s second child, the Olympic Games 200m bronze medallist has daughter from a previous relationship.
Warren Weir and Alexan Stewart got engaged back in September.
Weir won bronze at the 2012 London Olympics, finishing behind fellow Jamaicans Usain Bolt and Yohan Blake. At the Moscow 2013 World Championships, Weir took silver, again behind Usain Bolt.
He also won 200m silver at the 2014 Glasgow Commonwealth Games. His personal best is 19.79 seconds.
Alexan Stewart was a contestant in the Miss Jamaica World 2012.
