Drop Top Records has again teamed up with Vybz Kartel on the ‘World Boss’ newest single, ‘Yamibolo’ on the Prime Time ‘riddim’, which is scheduled to be released on August 28.

On the new track Vybz Kartel shows his incomparable lyrical prowess when he vows never to leave his ‘50’ and reminds his enemies later on the head-bopping track that “ugly face badness a back in a di days” as delivers another classic word play which has become synonymous with his brand.

Released on the Droptop Records label, producer Rowane Melhado popularly known as Droptop said: “Kartel and I are good friends, more like a family. Vybz Kartel has been known to me for years from he just started doing music as Addi Banton and not yet known internationally, just a young youth working hard to make his name in the music industry. I rate his work ethics. I have been a supporter of his music from then till now. Big up the World Boss.”

Yamibolo has all the ingredients to make it a dancehall classic as Kartel reminds us that he reaches goals “quicker than Messi sweaty crepe”, a telling reminder that he and producers Droptop have come together to forge another classic.

Drop Top Records has in the past delivered rhythms such as ‘Day Rave’ and the ‘Arabian’. They are confident that Yamibolo released on the PrimeTime rhythm will also be a success.
