As the legal back and forth between Usher and his herpes accusers continues, the R&B singer has been slapped with new allegations in the suit.

In documents obtained by The Blast, the man who accused Usher of exposing him to herpes, after a sexcapade at a Los Angeles spa, says the singer has refused to turn over his private medical records.

According to the alleged victim who has been identified as John Doe, the two had sex at the Koreatown spa, but the singer reportedly failed to disclose his alleged herpes diagnosis and subsequently exposed him to the STD.

As a result, Doe joined in on the lawsuit with Jane Doe and Quantasia Sharpton for unspecified damages for the health risks. However, in the new motion filed by [John] Doe, the victim says he has yet to receive one important piece of evidence in the case – Usher’s private medical records.

In fact, along with the singer’s confidential medical records, Doe is after any documents about possible settlements in the past. However, he says the singer has refused to cooperate. Instead, according to The Blast, Usher tried to invoke doctor-patient privilege to keep from turning over the docs.
