Usain Bolt Hits All The Right Notes With ‘Olympe Rosé’ Riddim Video Medley

Is there anything Usain Bolt can’t do?

Usain Bolt has already secured the title of being the greatest sprinter of all time, and now the superstar is flexing his skills in the musical field as a producer.

Last Wednesday the Olympic sprint legend released the visuals for his “Olympe Rosé” medley to his Vevo page in collaboration with Billboard featuring some of the hottest name in Dancehall.

The visuals bring back a popular trend from the ’90s of showcasing a medley of songs on the same ‘riddim’ as opposed to just one artiste appearing in the project.

Since its release numerous fans have already taken to social media lauding the video’s creativity, calling it one of the best of the year.

The “Olympe Rosé” riddim, which is co-produced by Bolt and Rajah “Kanaja” Nelson, features five tracks from Dancehall hotshots Dexta Daps, Ding Dong, Chris Martin, Munga, and also former Jamaican footballer Ricardo “Bibi” Gardner.

According to Bolt, the project was released to help promote his Olympe Rosé champagne which is seen throughout the music video. The sprinter also used the opportunity to showcase some of his other branded products including his Jeep and scooters.

“My manager (Nugent Walker) and I always said we needed to do a song or a riddim and with the champagne coming on the market, this was the perfect opportunity,” Bolt told Billboard during an interview.

In 2016, French company G.H. Mumm appointed Bolt as the chief entertainment officer responsible for spearheading initiatives. The initial product from the appointment is Bolt’s Olympe Rosé champagne.
