Meanwhile, Usain Bolt recently secured a trial with German top-flight club Borussia Dortmund.

The eight-time Olympic champion will get his shot at becoming a professional football player after being granted a trial with the Bundesliga outfit. Bolt, who is a life-long Manchester United fan, admits he would have preferred if it was with his favourite team but is ready to give it his all.

According to the 31-year-old sprint legend, he will begin trials with the German club in March to determine if he is good actually enough to play competitively.

The trial was organised by Puma, who sponsors both the sprint star and the former Bundesliga champions.
