According to legal documents, the 26-year-old rapper is accused of vacating the premises without notice and failing to pay rent. F&S Investment Properties also claims that the rapper left the property “in gross disrepair, utility bills unpaid, and hazardous environmental waste that required a professional clean-up.”

A judgment was made on the issue on August 18 ruling that rapper should pay over $186,000 in damages.
