Two Men Dead In Trelawny Crash

Two men died Wednesday night as a result of injuries they sustained in a motor vehicle collision in Trelawny.

Dead is security guard Norman Scott and taxi operator Devon Perrier, both of Trelawny addresses.

According to reports, about 7:00 pm Perrier was driving his blue Toyota Wish motorcar along the Salt Marsh main road when a truck which was travelling in the opposite direction overtook a line of vehicles and slammed into the car.

The driver and passenger sustained multiple injuries and had to be cut from the mangled car by fire fighters. The injured men were taken to hospital where they were pronounced dead.

The Falmouth police are investigating.
