Trey Songz has been hit with a lawsuit for allegedly smacking a woman’s phone into her face in Philadelphia. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

According to TMZ, the woman says she bought tickets to meet the singer in the VIP section of Vanity Grand Cabaret. However, when she arrived she noticed Songz had been acting disrespectful and aggressive with all of the guests. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

At the end of the night, the woman claims she tried to get a picture of Songz as he was leaving but he quickly smacked the phone out of her hand. The phone then bounced back and hit her in the face, snapping her glasses.
As a result, the woman is suing Songz and the venue for allowing him to host, knowing his tendency “toward violence and negative interaction with the public.” She is suing for up to $50,000.
