Tekashi 6ix9ine made an eight year old girl battling brain cancer’s day on Monday.
The “FEFE” rapper decided to make a sick little girl’s wish come true by visiting her at her house and spent the day with her.
Tekashi said it was an honour to see her smile and that they had so much fun hanging out.

The is the second time 6ix9ine visited a cancer patient. Last month he looked for a 5-year old boy.
