Taylor Swift Files Restraining Order Against Obsessed Fan

Taylor Swift has been pushed to file a restraining order against an obsessed fan.

On Wednesday, Swift filed a restraining order and asked a judge for extra protection against Julius Sandrock, who’s already been in trouble for felony stalking.

Last month, Sandrock was arrested after authorities found him at Swift’s property. The first incident involved the crazed man waiting for Swift in front of her Beverly Hills mansion equipped with live ammunition, latex gloves, rope and multiple types of masks in his car. He was wearing a mask and gloves when he attempted to break into her home.

The man reportedly told police he suffered from OCD, bipolar disorder, manic episodes and severe depression. He also claimed that Swift’s music helped him cope with his recent divorce, TMZ reports. Sandrock is also still dealing with a firearms-related issue in Colorado and will be given a firearms restraining order as well.

Sandrock has gone so far with his obsession that Swift has decided to hit him with a personal restraining order, which she was granted.

The paperwork will stay in effect until a court hearing in June. The restraining order requires Sandrock to stay 500 yards away from Swift, all of her property, any of her concerts and public appearances. Sandrock has since been released from custody.
