Elephant Man could find himself in legal trouble following a preliminary investigation with the Firearm Licensing Authority (FLA). Over the weekend the Dancehall entertainer was allegedly seen in the company of a female dancer who was cavorting playfully with a firearm that presumably belonged to him. Toni-Ann Kelly, Corporate Communications representative at the FLA says the video is now a criminal matter which should be investigating by the Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF).
