Police Station Caught Stealing Electricity In Jamaica

The Jamaica Public Service (JPS) reportedly discovered an illegal electricity connection at the Negril Police Station in Westmoreland, Jamaica earlier this week.

According to reports, a motor vehicle accident happened near the station on Monday resulting in a service pole being uprooted. Upon arrival at the scene to restore power to the affected residence including the station, the JPS team found an illegal connection allegedly going to the police facility.

JPS has since declined to restore connection to the station leaving the cops and prisoners in darkness since Monday night.
