Dancehall artiste Braintear Spookie and his girlfriend Summerlyn Farquharson hosted a private adult event in the United Kingdom over the weekend.
All was going great for the over 400 patrons at the party in Surrey, England until things unfortunately took a turn for the worse when gunfire erupted and a 34-year-old man was shot dead.
According to reports, Police were called to Spookie’s six-bedroom mansion valued at £1million when they discovered the body of a man who had been killed, another woman and man also suffered minor wounds. The gunfire reportedly started after a dispute between Jamaican-born gangsters at the event while Spookie was performing.
The ‘Hurt It Up’ deejay has since abandoned his home as police continue to process the crime scene.
His manager says he’s currently staying with a friend and he is not being investigated relating to the incident.
