Dancehall Queen Spice has revealed the title for her highly anticipated upcoming album “TEN.”

The “Cool It” deejay made the announcement during a recent interview with UK-based RobboRanx Radio. “I’ve been signed to a label for ten years and now I’m finally dropping my 1st album…. it’s gonna be called TEN!,” she said.

Then, in an apparent jab towards former friend and spiritual advisor RT Smith she hilariously declared, “The gate pull 😂 After ten years my Album is finally ‘COMING SOON’”.

According to Spice, the album is basically ready and they are just waiting on a release date. “All we need is a good release date from you below @robboranxradio @vprecords ready ?” she beamed.

The album will be Spice’s first for label VP records since signing in 2009. In 2018 Spice infamously lashed out at the label saying “nasty, dirty, stinking VP” had been holding back her album.

Following the rant, VP declared that Spice had not delivered enough tracks to complete the project. The label then went on to say they were working hard on the necessary clearances for the album.

Last year Spice released her Captured mixtape which was recorded, produced, and distributed independently. At the time she told The STAR that she was working hard to get herself out of the VP contract.

The album will be executive-produced by international Dancehall superstar Shaggy. “I’m doing her new album. I’m writing and producing for that – and I’m excited about that,” Shaggy revealed in 2019.

In recent weeks, Spice has teased a new collaboration with Konshens by posting a clip of their music video. The track will seemingly serve as the first single for the upcoming album.
