Shenseea has revealed that her smash hit single “Blessed” could’ve featured American rapper Cardi B.
Speaking with her fans during an Instagram Live Q&A session, the Dancehall princess said her team reached out to Cardi B to drop a verse on the track.
“We were actually trying to get Cardi B on for Blessed, but it didn’t work out, so hopefully the next one,” Shenseea told fans.
Blessed which features American rapper Tyga has amassed 44 million views on YouTube since its release on May 22, 2019, making it arguably Shenseea’s breakout single in mainstream music.
ShenYeng’s follow-up mainstream track was IDK produced by Rvssian, which featured rappers Swae Lee and Young Thug. She is now promoting a crossover banger “Lighter” with Tarrus Riley.
