As the tributes continue to pour in for Shenseea who is mourning the death of her mother, Prime Minister Andrew Holness and Member of Parliament Lisa Hanna showed their support recently.
The Dancehall singjay recently shared an Instagram story of her house filled with flowers sent to her in solace. PM Holness gifted Shenseea a lovely purple orchid with a card that read, “Wishing you comfort in your time of sadness.”
While Lisa Hanna’s gift was a sentimental symbol, a young Lignum Vitae plant, Jamaica’s national flower, which translates to “Tree of Life.” ShenYeng thanked them both for their generosity as well as everyone who sent sweet sentiments with their beautiful bouquets.
Shenseea’s manager Romeich Major and PR, Jadeen ‘Jade’ McGhie gifted her a framed photo collage of her late mother. Her bestfriend also sent her a journal to collect her thoughts — “for when your mind starts working overtime,” she said.
