Shauna Chyn Steps Into Entrepreneurship

Shauna Chyn is stepping into the entrepreneurship field with the launch of her very own music label.

The recording artiste has rebranded and has launched Bosschick Entertainment and hopes to sign at least four Dancehall/Reggae artistes.

Currently promoting her new singles, Control Button, Problem, Suicide and Money Team, Chyn says she will be using the success of her career to show future clients what she is capable of doing.

“I’ve cleaned up the brand, and I’m ready to once again show people what I’m capable of. I will be the first artiste that the label will be putting out there, and I will use my career to show people that I can do this, all aspects of this,” she said.

Shauna Chyn is no stranger to the business side of the music industry after being responsible for launching the career of social media sensation-turned-recording artiste Gully Bop.

Chyn also operated her Bop Dem Records and recorded several smash hits for her ex-fiancé however disbanded the label when they parted ways.

“Yuh affi study the music and understand things like when to release a song [and] what to do in a certain type of season, and working in the different areas gave me a holistic view of the industry that I’m grateful for,” the ‘Suicide’ singer said. “I know what I’m doing as a female in the industry, and I know I have a lot more to offer and I can help others who want to pursue music. That is my ultimate intention.”
