Shauna Chyn has threatened to take legal action against a Ocho Rios-based bed and breakfast establishment over allegations that she failed to settle an outstanding bill.

According to hotel marketing manager, Homar Gayle, the female Dancehall artiste bailed on her bills after she racked up over $43,000 in cost for a three-night stay at the establishment late last month.

Chyn has since denied the allegations and warning that she will be taking legal action against Gayle for actively trying to tarnish her reputation.

The female entertainer claims she paid Gayle a sum of $20,000 for two rooms prior to checking into the hotel and only has a outstanding bill of $2,000, which she is more than willing to settle.

However, Gayle has denied these claims stating that he received no payment from the artiste whatsoever.

According to Gayle, they both reached a verbal agreement that Chyn for the rooms upon checkout based upon previous business arrangements, however, the artist reportedly left the establishment without settling any payments.

Gayle has since encouraged the female deejay to proceed with her defamation lawsuit as he is quite willing to go to court as he is confident he has sufficient proof to substantiate his case.
