Rygin King is set to give back to his community of Norwood, St James with the proceeds of his upcoming birthday River Party.

The “Tuff” deejay is set to donate the proceeds of his birthday celebrations, which is set to be a night and day river party which will be staged in Benta River Falls, Williamsfield, Westmoreland this Sunday.

According to the deejay’s team, the profits from the event will be put towards the execution of a community back-to-school treat in Norwood Gardens on September 2 at the Home Hill Ball Ground.

The treat will be done in association with the Youth of Norwood, and fellow local entertainers Danger Fire and Sure Fresh.

The entertainer’s management team revealed that the treat is actually set to be an annual event where they give back books, bags and other school supplies to the youth of the community.

The “Learn” deejay, who only just returned to the island following a busy tour schedule which saw him performing in several states including Atlanta, New York, Philadelphia, and Connecticut is set to make it back just in time for the celebrations.

According to the deejay, who turned 24 last Wednesday, he will return to the island in time for the big event so he can properly celebrate with his family, friends, and fans following his lengthy debut tour.

Rygin King also revealed that the event will feature performances from several other entertainers, which he says will be a surprise, so fans should turn out in their numbers and come to celebrate with him.
