Rob Kardashian has slapped his ex-fiancée Blac Chyna with a lawsuit for assault, battery and vandalism.
The Sock Designer, Reality TV Show star claims the video vixen, aspiring rapper punched him in the face and attempted to strangle him with an iPhone charging cable on December 14, 2016, US Weekly reports.
According to Rob, the model was playing with his gun during a FaceTime call with his friends before chasing after him and repeatedly hitting him in the head and face.
Rob is now looking to be compensated for the injuries he sustained to his neck. He also wants Chyna to pay $100,000 USD for damages done to Kylie Jenner’s home which they rented.

Rob added that Chyna was under the influence of drugs and alcohol that night as she “broke down doors, kicked down the walls, smashed a TV, destroyed an iPhone, wrecked a gingerbread house that was on display for the holidays and threw a chair at his Bentley as he tried to leave the house.”
Blac Chyna is being represented by attorney Lisa Bloom. The couple share a daughter, Dream Kardashian together.
