Rihanna takes on New York City in Buju Banton shirt after crediting the Reggae Icon on her upcoming single.

The “Work” hitmaker registered a new single titled “Phatt” on Wednesday in which the incarcerated Reggae superstar, whose real name is Mark Anthony Myrie was credited as a writer.

The Bajan Pop star was then spotted heading to studio rocking a Buju Banton T-shirt hinting that she’s already working on the project.

Sources close to RihRih tells the Tropixs that Rihanna has always been a huge fan of Buju and will most likely be sampling the “Wanna Be Loved” singer in her new track unless she can get some fresh vocals from his team.

The single is expected to be released next year ahead of Buju’s release from prison.
