Pop superstar Rihanna has canceled her scheduled performance in Nice, France following a truck attack which killed more 80 people.
A truck killed over 80 persons and injured dozens more who were gathered at a celebration for Bastille Day. The attack has been theorized a likely act of terrorism.
The “Work” singer was reportedly already in the city of Nice, France when attacks took place. She was scheduled to perform on Friday but was cancelled following the attacks.
An update of the cancellation was provided to fans via Rihanna’s Instagram, she also used the opportunity to send her condolences to the families of the victims of the deadly attack.
