Reggae Star Koffee Heats Up Billboard With Toast

Koffee is the first Jamaican artiste in over a year to enter the Billboard R&B Hip Hop Airplay Chart with Toast.

The Reggae superstar continues to enjoy a successful year after her breakout single Toast debuted at number 50 the Billboard R&B Hip Hop Airplay Chart this week.

Koffee’s Toast follows Hood Celebrityy who peaked at number 22 with her hit single Walking Trophy.

The breakout track is also doing well in the United Kingdom as it reached the number 70 on the Official UK Singles Chart last week.

Toast is the lead single from the Koffee’s five song EP titled “Rapture.” It has topped the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart for three weeks, and currently holds the number eight spot on that table, having sold 3,411 copies to date in the United States.

Koffee is currently touring North America with Canada-based Rhythm and Blues singer Daniel Caesar, where she made several stops including Oregon, Washington State, Illinois, and California.
