Embattled public relations specialist Don Creary’s rape case has been dropped.

The highly publicized case against the renown social figure was dropped in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Thursday after the prosecution requested a no order judgement in the matter.

The prosecution made the request for the dismissal of the case citing that the complainant had reportedly migrated, and they had no contact for them.

It was alleged that Creary raped a 19-year-old woman in an apartment in Meadowbrook, St Andrew in June 2015.

Creary is set to walk free on that charge, but is set to face the court on a separate incident.

The socialite and his alleged accomplice Shaneke Williams will face the court for allegedly having sex with a 15-year-old girl. Williams is charged charged as an accomplice to the crime.

The two will reportedly return to court on Wednesday for a committal hearing, to determine whether there’s sufficient evidence for the matter to go to trial.
