Rae Sremmurd Slapped With Lawsuit After Throwing Water Bottle In Crowd

Rap group RaeSremmurd is being slapped with a lawsuit after they threw full bottles of water into a crowd, hitting one man in the face.

A Michigan man has filed a lawsuit against the duo for throwing bottles into the audience during their October 2016 concert. According to documents, neither group member warned the crowd before throwing the items.

The man, represented by Jonathan Marko, was hit in the nose with the water bottle. According to him, he was hit so hard that “a chunk of his face” was ripped off.

The concert attendee immediately went to the hospital. In the suit he claims he suffered permanent scarring and disfigurement.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Rae Sremmurd is being sued for negligence, assault and battery. The man also would like them to cover his medical expenses and damages.
