Quada

Quada’s next court appearance is set for March 5, 2020.

Quada was given the hearing date after appearing in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court on Monday.

The 23-year-old deejay is facing murder and arson charges. He was charged in relation to the death of Miguel Williams, 30, on April 17, 2019.

According to reports, Williams was beaten and burned to death by an angry mob at his home in Sterling Castle Heights.

The victim’s killing is believed to be in retaliation to the murder of eight-year-old Shantae Skyers. She was a student of Red Hills Primary School who was found dead in the community.

It has been reported that eyewitnesses placed the deejay on the scene of the mob beating.

Quada is the second person to be charged in relation to the murder. Back in December 2019, 30-year-old Andrew Breakcliffe, was also charged in connection with the killing.

Quada is a known member of Popcaan’s Unruly camp. He is best known for hits such as “Celebration,” “Hail,” and “New Gyal Alert.”
