Popcaan’s ‘Forever’ Debuts At On Billboard Chart

Popcaan’s sophomore album “Forever” has debuted at number two on the Billboard Reggae Albums Chart.

The album, which is produced by international producer Dre Skull for his Mixpak Records, claimed the number two spot on the Billboard chart after selling 1,484 copies in its opening week.

It is the second time in his career that the “Unruly” deejay entered the chart at this position as he previously achieved the feat with his 2014 project “Where We Come From,” which was also produced by Dre Skull.

Popcaan Calls For Unity In Dancehall Following Successful Album Release

The 17-track album, which was released on July 20, is supported by lead singles “Wine For Me” and “Firm and Strong.”

The album just falls short of claiming the top spot which is occupied by veteran California band Slightly Stoopid’s album “Everyday Life, Everyday People,” which sold an additional 2,573 copies for total sales of 10,767.
