Commissioner of police issued a JMD $500,000 reward for information leading to the arrest of Dancehall artist Popcaan in the official music video for his “El Chapo” single.
The gangsta anthem produced by Notnice Records was released back in September and sees Popcaan paying homage to notorious Mexican drug kingpin Joaquín “El Chapo” Guzmán.
“Pull up on them ends in the Honda Stream / White light just a beat like a laser beam / With the M-16 its a page mi give him / Buss him head in a the traffic everybody a see him,” the Unruly boss deejays.
