Popcaan has voiced his opinion on Usian Bolt’s recent collaboration with best friend and manager Nugent ‘NJ’ Walker.
The Unruly Boss did not mince his words as he took to Instagram to urge Bolt to help some youths with “real talent.”
“Wid all due respect legend, me feel like you fi just help up some youth wid real musical talent! Them deyya nuff,” Popcaan said.
He continued: “NJ a mi fam, but please just give some hungry youth wey actually have the talent tha platform deh.”
Popcaan’s comments came after Bolt posted a clip of his “Living The Dream” collaboration with NJ.
However, Popcaan’s comments were met with mixed opinions, with some supporting while others criticizing.
“Agree with popcaan, nuff youths a falmouth need the help,” one fan posted, while another said “Jah Jah! Real talk but it coulda say out a the public eye!”
Despite some backlash, Popcaan insisted that he was not sorry for his comments.
Inside sources say there are no animosities between the two camps, and both remain on good terms.
