Dancehall artiste Popcaan is sending a message to Usain Bolt.
On Monday, The ‘Ova Dweet’ deejay uploaded a clip paying tribute to Bolt.
“The Unruly Boss this and mi represent Usain Bolt, the whole Jamaica team, the winning time… Usain yuh nuh know bout league cause a you name World Cup,” Popcaan said, “Usain still a win,” He continued.
