Popcaan Says More Album, International Collaborations Coming Soon

Dancehall superstar Popcaan is not done working for this year.

Despite dropping his “FIXTAPE” album and most recently a slew of international collaboration with Maroon 5, Dave East, Loski, Jorja Smith and more, the Unruly Boss is still hitting the studio.

Popcaan shared some of his recent work with fans via Instagram, while sharing that more track will be released soon. “New project or new single??🤔🤔 never can tell!!! Soon fwd anyway 🤫😂,” Popskull wrote.

Back in September, Popcaan said he was gearing up to release a brand new collaborative album with artistes signed to his Unruly Entertainment label.

The Dancehall entertainer made the announcement during an online interview with Kube 93.3 Radio.

While speaking with the Seattle-based station, Popcaan said he is currently working on a follow-up project to his FIXTAPE, which will be a collaborative EP with members of the Unruly Entertainment clan.

The forthcoming project will see appearances from Quada, Frahcess One, Furnace, Chev the Goddess, Prince Ikeem, J Deva, and Unruly Cuz, among others.

“I have a EP coming with those artiste to as well, just me and all of them with collabs ennuh” Popskull told Kube 93.3. “We mixing it right now, so once it’s finished mixing, we are looking at a date to drop it,” he continued.

Earlier this year, Popcaan released his Unruly Medley featured on the True Story Riddim, which featured Valiant, Unruly Cuz, Oven Boss, Prince Ikeem, Italis, J Deva, Furnace, Frahcess One, Dane Ray, Quada, Zamunda.

The compilation was produced by Unruly Entertainment and Sky View Entertainment, it was supported by a ten-minute visual shot and edited by Khingcham.
