Popcaan has reignited his beef with Mavado once again.
It seems Popcaan’s feud with Mavado is far from over as he recently took fresh shots at his old foe once again.
On Monday the Unruly Boss sent tongues wagging after he posted a video clip trolling the Gully Gad.
The clip hilariously depicted a female party patron pretending to sleep during a Mavado track. However, she would quickly dump the act as soon as the disc jock switched to Popcaan’s “Family.”
“She don’t want to hear no f__kry😂😂😂 trouble,” Popcaan hilariously captioned the post.
The sly jab did not go unnoticed by fans, as scores took to social media to have their say on the matter.
“She’s a me !!! Certain artist me nah move fah cause me nuh enjoy them music but yuh see POPCAAN trouble deh deh,” one proudly declared.
However, there were some negative reactions as one fan hit back saying; “Like u wah Mavado flop u show again wasteman poppy..stop push war Nd yk u cyaa handle it.”
Popcaan and Mavado have been at odds for the past four years, with their rivalry reaching its lyrical climax in 2018. The pair exchanged a number of diss tracks, including Mavado’s “Beat and Teach” and Popcaan’s “Dutty Dread.”
For the last few months, the two bitter rivals had seemingly cooled their beef, with both more focused on the international market. However, it seems that may be coming to an end, as fans are already expecting a response from the Gully Gad.
