Detectives from the Savanna-la-Mar CIB are now investigating the shooting death of a teenager whose body was found in the Hatfield, Westmoreland on Monday night.
According to police reports, the bullet-riddled body of 19-year-old Rusheen Gordon of Back Hatfield, Westmoreland was found following reports of loud explosions in the community.
Cops say they responded to reports of gunfire in the Hatfield community at approximately 7:15pm Monday night.
Gordon’s body was reportedly found by lawmen lying in in a pool of blood, he was taken to the Savanna-la-Mar Public General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
No motive has yet been established for the killing.
