American rapper Pitbull is sending his private jet to Puerto Rico to transfer cancer patients to the United States to receive treatment.
“Thank you @pitbull for lending your private plane to move cancer patients from PR to USA so that they can get chemo,” Puerto Rico Congresswoman Jenniffer González wrote Tuesday via Twitter.

“Thank God we’re blessed to help. Just doing my part,” The “Options” singer said in a statement.
The Caribbean island which is home to over 3.5 million residents is currently without power following the passage of Hurricane Maria.
