Omar McLeod creates history, winning Jamaica’s first Gold in Men’s 110M Hurdles

Omar McLeod has cemented his place in the history books.

The 22-year-old Jamaican hurdler won the 110-meter hurdles in 13.05 seconds, giving Jamaica its first Olympic gold in the event on Tuesday.

Orlando Ortega of Spain took silver in 13.17 and Dimitri Bascou of France won bronze.
