Nelly’s rape accuser is firing back at the rapper over his claims of defamation, because she says everything she said was true.

In documents obtained by The Blast, Monique Green says she did not defame Nelly because she has the right to free speech, and any statements she made about the incident with Nelly were all true.

If anything, Greene says Nelly and his legal team are the ones responsible for defamation, as they have maintained she lied to get him prosecuted. In fact, Greene says the rapper has tried to ruin her name and reputation just to protect that of “a performing artist who peaked in popularity a decade or so ago.”

Nelly Under Criminal Investigation for Sexual Assault

As a result, according to the Blast, Greene wants Nelly’s defamation countersuit dismissed, as her suit for sexual assault and defamation suit moves forward.

In addition, Greene has dragged Nelly’s girlfriend into the legal drama, accusing Shantel Jackson of corroborating his alibi to build his defence and “further his defamation campaign” against her. In fact, she says Miss Jackson is lucky she didn’t make those claims in front of a judge because she would have “committed perjury.”
