Munga Honourable Remains In Police Custody

Munga Honourable will spend at least two weeks in behind bars.

Dancehall artist Munga Honourable will have to wait at least two more weeks before learning if he will be granted bail in the Kingston and St Andrew Parish Court.

The “Bad From Mi Born” deejay was on Tuesday remanded into custody after the presiding judge, Tracey-Ann Johnson, decided to delay the matter citing a need to properly acquaint herself with a preliminary reports of the case.

Munga’s next court appearance has been scheduled for June 21, where his legal team will be expected to make a bail application.

The entertainer is charged with the murder of Cleveland Smith, who was shot and killed at a party in the Ackee Walk community of St Andrew  on May 12.
