Mr Vegas says he’s done with Dancehall as he’s set to start his new life as a Christian.
The ‘Jesus Train’ artiste made the announcement over the week to his fans online saying, “Thanks to the fans that stood by me through the years. This is the start of a new journey. This is the day that i answered to his call. I have decided to make Jesus my choice. M.V.”

On Monday Vegas once again took to social media, this time to share a screenshot of a Whatsapp conversation from one of his church members. The screenshot shows a photo of him with the message “Your prayers are never wasted. Keep praying! I celebrate with you. I know how much this means to you.”
Vegas captioned the photo saying, “I didn’t even know so many people were praying for me! I am tearing up! I feel blessed, I feel loved, I feel free! God is real! The devil is a liar!”
