Dancehall veteran artiste Mr Vegas says his forthcoming ‘This Is Dancehall’ album will be his last.
According to Vegas his decision is due to the poor sales for Dancehall projects adding that it makes no sense as it is very expensive to produce albums. The outspoken deejay says he’ll now be focusing on releasing singles for his fans.

“The days when dancehall acts were selling albums are basically over,” Vegas said. “It is very expensive to produce an album, and most times, in this Internet era, you take a loss. The business is back to being more single driven, so that is where I will be concentrating my efforts when it comes to dancehall.”
Mr Vegas’ ‘This Is Dancehall’ will be released on September 23 on his MV Music record label, the project will be distributed worldwide by VP Associated Labels.
