Mentally Ill Father Snatches Twins From Grandmother’s Home

A 59-year-old grandmother is now pleading with the public to help her locate her 5-year-old twin granddaughters who were snatched away by their father, who is believed to be of unsound mind.

According to Joan Wheatley, she is now worried for the safety of her grandchildren who were taken away by their father, who she claims is mentally ill.

Wheatley claims that the man has been struggling to care for the children ever since her daughter passed away two years ago, and his situation has become gradually worst.

She claims the man clearly depicts traits of a mentally ill person, and was even recently evicted from his apartment by his landlord due to his poor hygiene and having the place infested with maggots.

Due to these conditions, the woman says she is deeply concerned for the well-being of the children but has lost all contacts to them and has no knowledge of the man’s whereabouts or where he could possibly take them.

Wheatley says she has reported the matter to the Child Development Agency (CDA), and hopes she can get some assistance in locating them.

The two girls names are Kareena Grant and Kimona Grant, but Wheatley says the children do not answer to their names, as their father did not make them accustomed to their government names and instead answered to “chiney girl” and “browning.”
