Meek Mill vows to stop rapping about extreme violence

Rapper Meek Mill has vowed to stop rapping about extreme violence following the release of his Dreamchasers 4 mixtape.
The Philly rapper says he will alter his rap style after reflecting on the constant state of violence that has plagued African Americans the United States. The rapper says he has been inspired by the Black Lives Matter movement, and will take an active step to inspire a change.
The rapper took to Instagram to speak out against the recent upsurge in police violence against African Americans: “US BLACK PEOPLE ARE STILL AT WAR WITH OURSELVES AND THE SYSTEM IN REAL LIFE!
Meek reminded his fans of the importance of unity, and awareness to be able to survive their environment.
