Meek Mill thinks someone is out to get him following another random search of his private jet.
Over the weekend the “I’m A Boss” rapper took to Instagram to call out authorities for searching his jet without a reason in Miami.
According to Meek, he feels he is being targeted and the harassment is just another case of “flying while black.”
The obviously annoyed rapper posted to his Instagram story saying, “Searching the jet againnnnn.” He went on to declare that “Somebody calling them, gotta be looking for drugs on us! That’s a insult.”
The rapper would go on to complain that they were forced to disembark the plane in Miami stop after stopping only for food and gas. He claims authorities laid out their luggage, and performed a full-on search of the aircraft.
In recent years several high profile Hip Hop acts such as Lil Wayne have had their jets randomly searched. Typically, when federal agents conduct a cabin search they are acting off of a tip they received.
The incident is the second time in a week that the “Championship” rapper’s plane has been searched.
Meek Mill had just returned from his trip to Jamaica. Earlier this week the rapper took to Twitter declaring that he already misses the island.
