Meek Mill is mourning the loss of his cousin Angelo Colon who was shot dead in Philadelphia.
On September 13th The 21-year-old aspiring rapper was shot in the head and pronounced dead at the scene, his murder was one of the five killings which took place in the city over the span of 15 hours.
After hearing the news Meek Mill took to instagram to share a heartfelt message, he wrote:
“Damn Lo! Watching my family die to these philly streets! Probation is the only thing that got me tied to come coming back here so frequent!! My mission is to save my family from these streets and change the mindframe of all my lil cousins growing up in it!!!! #RIPLO hurt me to see you in this same spot lifeless!”
The “R.I.C.O rapper is currently working on his latest album Dreamchasers 4 which should be released this year, the rapper announced that after this album he would not be recording anymore violence related music.
