MC Nuffy

Andre Nelson, known professionally as MC Nuffy says he contracted the COVID-19 virus last month.

Despite having over 52 million cases worldwide and death toll over 1.2 million, MC Nuffy who resides in the United States, admitted that he was not taking the virus serious and failed to follow safety protocols prior to infection.

Speaking with The Star Nuffy revealed that contracted the virus in Atlanta after attending an event there. “I contracted the virus in Atlanta after attending a show there. Mi never really did a wear up mi mask and thing, and mi obviously did a go ’round some people. The event was on Saturday the 17th of October and I got to Atlanta on the 16th. Mi never feel sick in no way before mi reach Atlanta ,and so mi sure sure a deh so mi catch it. The Sunday after the event mi start feel sick. I flew back to New York the Monday. Took a test at one of the set-ups at a pharmacy and it came back positive” he told the publication.

The Controversial dancehall personality said the COVID-19 symptoms made him feel like he was going to die. He explained that he experienced faint spells, severe headaches, loss of taste and his body became weaker.

Nuffy is counting his lucky stars as he is now up and running following the horrible experience, “Mi feel like mi did a go dead,” he told The Star, added that contracting COVID-19 was “the most ‘awfulest’ feeling a person could have. I never know say a so it did terrible.”

MC Nuffy who opted to quarantine at home instead of going in a hospital, credits his full recovery to the natural medicines he acquired from a herbal doctor in Jamaica called Vagga.

Vagga who hails from De La Vega City in Spanish Town shipped the MC several bottles of natural herbs which he says made him beat the virus.

“Vagga send mi eight medicine and outta di eight medicine, three a dem a green juice. Vagga send me a thing name v’irus medicine,’ a thing name ‘brain tonic’, a thing name ‘cleanser’, a thing name ‘zinc’; and from me start take dem, in a three day time me alright. But mi still do the two weeks’ quarantine from me kids and mi wife to be safe,” Nuffy said.
