Mavado Make Plans To Return To Jamaica For Questioning

Mavado and his legal team are currently making arrangements for his return to the Jamaica.

The latest development comes after Dancehall entertainer failed to report to the Constant Spring police station on Wednesday, June 6, for questioning in relation to the uproar of violence in his Cassava Piece, St Andrew community.

The Jamaica Constabulary Force (JCF) believes the ‘Gully Gad’, real name David Brooks can assist with an ongoing investigation.

According to Superintendent Glenford Miller, head of the St Andrew North police, Mavado is trying to make some arrangements for his return with his lawyers however there is no date set.

Bounty Killer Reacts To Mavado Shooting Incident

Mavado is currently overseas fulfilling a contractual obligation.

The ‘Fresh Cash’ deejay’s attorney, Tamika Harris made it clear that he is not ignoring the request by the police and will return to Jamaica as soon as his obligation is complete.

On Tuesday, five people related to Mavado were detained.

The deejay’s 16-year-old son, brother, cousin and nephew Chase Cross were taken into police custody when law enforcement officers went to the ‘Big League’ deejay’s Norbrook residence in search of him.
