Actor Tommy Ford, who starred in the hit television series “Martin,” died earlier today (October 12) at the age of 52 after being hospitalized since Sunday.
Ford famously played Martin Lawrence’s best friend on the “Martin” TV show for five seasons. He reportedly suffered a ruptured aneurysm in his abdomen Sunday, and was placed on life support according to TMZ.
The actor died naturally after his family decided to take him off life support on Wednesday. The news was confirmed by publicist Jay Mathis on Twitter.
He was reportedly surrounded by family and friends at the time of his passing.
