21-year-old Romario Brown, a tattoo and make-up artist of Rocky Valley, Stony Hill in St. Andrew has been charged with the murder of Dexter Pottinger.
The popular fashion designer and stylist’s decomposing body was found at his home on Washington Boulevard last Thursday.
