A man was chopped to death by two security guards after he was caught picking limes on the Good Hope Farm in Trelawny.
The deceased has been identified as Patrick Walden of Friendship, St James. According to reports, Walden who was trespassing on the property around 10:00 pm on Thursday, allegedly accosted and attacked the security guards with a knife.
The confrontation lead to one of the security guards using a machete to chop him several times. Walden was taken to the Falmouth Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The two security guards are now in police custody.
