Man accused of Dexter Pottinger’s murder denied bail

Romario Brown, the man charged with the murder of Jamaican fashion designer/stylist Dexter Pottinger was denied bail when he appeared in the St Andrew Parish Court on Wednesday.

Brown, who is a tattoo artist, was charged two weeks ago for killing Pottinger, is to return to court on November 9.

Prosecutors told the court that they were still awaiting the results of a post-mortem to complete their case file.

Jamaican Entertainers React To Dexter ‘3D’ Pottinger’s Murder

Pottinger’s decomposing body was found at his Yarico Place residence in St Andrew with multiple stab wounds. on August 31. The police had reported that the murder weapon and a television were found at Brown’s Stony Hill residence.
