Love & Hip Hop Atlanta cast member Sas was shot in the head on Saturday according to his Instagram account.
Sas, who is the son of LHHATL star Karen King, revealed the shocking news to his near 100k followers on Instagram on Saturday.
The reality star posted a picture with a blood soaked pillow in hospital saying “Doctors told me I got a bullet in the back of my head man.”
Sas however assured his fans that he would be alright saying “They say I got a thick skull.”
The reality star and rapper took timeout to thank everyone for all the prayers, saying he was just thankful to be alive.
